Last updated: October 7, 2026
Please note: This policy supplements our Terms of Use. Violating it may result in suspension or termination of your access.
When using LendEC, you agree not to do, or attempt to do, any of the following:
- Automated access or bulk harvesting. Use robots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or any automated means to access the Service or to harvest, index, scrape, or extract data in bulk.
- Circumventing limits or controls. Bypass, disable, or interfere with rate limits, access controls, authentication, security measures, or usage restrictions.
- Redistribution or resale. Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share Service data, or share or resell your account or credentials with anyone else.
- Targeting individuals. Use the Service or its data to harass, stalk, intimidate, dox, or otherwise unlawfully target any individual.
- Reverse engineering. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, data structures, or underlying datasets of the Service.
- Misrepresentation. Present Service data as independently verified or as LendEC-verified when it is not, or otherwise mislead others about its source or accuracy.
- Unlawful use. Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
We use technical and other measures — including rate-limiting and anti-harvesting protections — to enforce this policy and protect the Service and its data. If you are unsure whether a use is permitted, contact us first via our Contact & Support page.
