Data & Investment Disclosures

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Important: LendEC is an information and research platform. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it does not recommend any transaction. Always verify independently before making a decision.

Not advice; no guarantee of results

LendEC provides data, research, and derived context to help you investigate real estate. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, finance, or hold any property or security. Real estate involves risk; past activity does not predict future results, and LendEC makes no guarantee of any investment outcome. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult your own qualified professionals.

Data may be incomplete, delayed, derived, or inaccurate

Much of the information on LendEC originates from public and open records and third-party sources. These can contain errors, omissions, duplicates, and delays, and coverage varies by jurisdiction. We normalize, connect, and interpret this information, but we cannot guarantee it is complete, current, or accurate. Treat it as a starting point for your own due diligence — not a system of record.

How to read specific records

Public records mean specific, limited things. In particular:

Derived values are estimates, not facts of record

Some figures LendEC shows are derived — computed from underlying records rather than taken directly from a source. For example, a hold period is calculated from recorded dates. Derived values are estimates and may be wrong where the inputs are missing, ambiguous, or incorrect. They are not facts of record and should be verified before you rely on them.

Sources change; coverage varies

Third-party and public-source availability, formats, and terms can change at any time, which may affect what LendEC can show. Coverage, freshness, and the depth of available records differ from one jurisdiction to another. You must independently verify any information before making a decision.

How to read LendEC's data states

LendEC is deliberate about distinguishing “we don't have it” from “we have more.” Our conventions:

—

A dash means LendEC does not have this data. It is not zero and not an estimate — we simply have no value on file.

🔒 Lock

A lock means LendEC has deeper intelligence that is not included at your current access level. The data exists; it is gated.

Unavailable

“Unavailable” means the source or capability is genuinely unavailable — for example, not covered in this jurisdiction or not offered by the source.
